About
I am a graduate student in the M.S. Clinical Psychology programme at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California, where I am training as an MFT/LPCC clinician. My background spans counseling, research, mentorship, and community mental health across settings in California and India.
I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Mithibai College in Mumbai (2020–2023), followed by a postgraduate diploma in Child Psychotherapies at Maniben Nanavati Women's College. These early experiences — across hospital wards, school counseling offices, and community outreach — shaped my belief that good clinical work begins with genuine curiosity about the person in front of you.
I am drawn to the intersection of clinical practice and accessible mental health care. Alongside my direct client work, I have contributed to academic support and research at NDNU, and previously managed mental health content for TheShrinkSays, a social media platform focused on making psychology approachable for wider audiences.

Outside of work
I care about making mental health conversations less clinical and more human. You will often find me reading, thinking about the stories people carry with them, or looking for a good book recommendation to pass along.
